Join us for a special class with Mayu Halgren finding deep balance between yin yoga and yang yoga. In other words, the balance between determination and surrender, action and release, movement and stillness, and other dichotomies through this practice. Mayu will guide you in a 30 minutes rigorous vinyasa flow and then follow that with 45 minutes of yin yoga, You will leave with a renewed sense of equilibrium in your body and mind!
