This special class celebrates the FULL HARVEST SUPERMOON in Aries with restoration, meditation and sound healing. While the energy of the full moon shines, Angel and Andrea will guide you through an unheated restorative 20 minute vinyasa warmup to prepare your body for mediation followed by approachable breathing exercises and affirmations. You will also hone your meditation skills in various restorative postures as your instructors provide comforting adjustments and sound healing through crystal sound bowls, a Grotta Sonora gong forged in the Etruscan cave in the ancient town of Calcata in Italy and Koshi chimes crafted at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains. Andrea also has a new ocean drum that brings the waves to you. The class will relax, rejuvenate and inspire you!
