If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the KEFI website or the online store(“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to complete your Purchase including, but not limited to, your billing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. In supplying certain information, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (2) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. Further, you expressly agree that KEFI is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from any submission of inaccurate or false information. By providing the above-referenced information, you give KEFI the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of the Purchase. In providing the above-referenced information, you also agree that any Purchase charge may occur several business days after the occurrence of your transaction(s) and after the date shown on your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to the following: product and/or service availability, errors in the price of the product and/or service or other reasons. You expressly agree that KEFI cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of any such cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or any unauthorized or illegal transaction. Unless otherwise noted on the Site or the pricing information relating to KEFI, all class passes purchased will expire within one year of the purchase date.
