Talita Silva will lead this Hot Power Fusion series. It is a 75 minute shoulder and wrist-friendly class without chatrangas (high to low push-ups) combining the traditional Hot 26 & 2 and Power/Vinyasa Yoga styles. This class includes balancing, core work, hip-openers and inversions accompanied by live music (DJ Jeff), encouraging mindful focus and detoxification. Talita is a renowned yogini who has led thousands of students in amazing yoga classes in a variety of genres throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
