Joseph Reyes, one of our beloved Kefi principal instructors, has been ill and was recently diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. He was hospitalized, the medical staff and his loved ones are taking good care of him. All the proceeds from this class will be donated to Joseph and his family to assist with the medical bills. The class will be an unheated vinyasa flow followed by lots of hands-on-assists stretches with Kefi instructors helping you deepen and release into each posture. We will collectively send out healing energy to Joseph for his full and swift recovery!
