All levels welcome! This 90-minute workshop is for beginners and people looking for a fresh take on their yoga practice. We will learn how to breathe deeply, dissect Sun Salutations A&B, the major standing poses, work skill and presence in standing balance poses, and learn some important skill building for backbends that don’t suck. We will discuss the use of props both for support and also for strengthening and how to make the poses serve YOUR body so that your practice is sustainable long-term and never boring.
