In other words, the balance between determination and surrender, action and release, movement and stillness, and other dichotomies through this practice. Mayu will guide you in a 45 minutes rigorous vinyasa flow and then follow that with 45 minutes of yin yoga, You will leave with a renewed sense of equilibrium in your body and mind!
