Join us for this special class with Chinatsu Kambayashi. Chinatsu will guide you in a 75 minute slow flow commencing with pranayama (breath work) for grounding, centering, and opening the body and mind. She will slow flow you through asana poses and devote time to stretching and opening the body. The class with conclude with a short meditation. You will have peace of mind, and a body that feels lighter and happier when you leave this class. Bring your partner, family and your friends to bond, connect and breathe together.
