Expert instructor Dean Sinclair will lead a 30 minute vinyasa practice and a 45 minute sound bath meditation. Dean will ignite and align your chakras with his singing bowls and then provide a gong bath to rejuvenate your body and mind. Sound baths balance our physical, emotional, and mental systems, restoring a sense of harmony, heightening mood, reducing stress, and improving sleep patterns. You do not want to miss this event. Afterwards, community and refreshments will be shared in the lobby.
