A strong handstand starts with a solid foundation. This workshop is designed for beginners and those looking to refine the essentials for a steady and confident practice.

We’ll focus on:

Mastering hand placement and activation (hasta bandha) to build grip strength and stability.

Stacking joints and activating your shoulders to create a strong, supportive base.

Building comfort on your hands with playful drills like bear crawls, downward dog walks, and inchworms.

Gradual upside-down exposure with progressions designed to help you feel confident as you take weight off your feet and onto your hands.

Whether you’re brand-new to inversions or want to revisit the fundamentals, this workshop will help you feel more confident and comfortable exploring life upside down.
