CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY FOR ALL CLASSES, PRIVATE CLASSES, APPOINTMENTS, ENROLLMENTS, AND EVENTS
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class to check in and get settled. For security purposes, the studio entrance will be locked promptly at the scheduled class time.
If the class is wait-listed and you have not checked in at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class, you effectively forfeit your spot to those waiting on the premises at Kefi Yoga. In such cases, staff may lock the door 5 minutes before class to accommodate wait-listed participants.
Please also be mindful of the following policies:
Late Cancellation Policy: Canceling within 60 minutes of class start time will incur a $10 fee. Also, any class credit used for the class is also forfeited.
No-Show Fee: Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling will result in a $15 fee (this applies to members and pass holders). Also, any class credit used for the class is also forfeited.
KEFI reserves the right to adjust class times or instructors as needed. Please check the schedule for the most current information. If KEFI cancels a class for any reason, we will make efforts to accommodate each client individually.
If a student arrives late, is locked out, or cancels late, no credits for future classes or otherwise will be issued to their account.
Private Classes, Appointments, Enrollments, Special Classes, and Events
A strict 72-hour cancellation policy applies to these offerings.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: The credit for the class, event, or workshop will remain on the customer's account.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event: Payment is considered forfeited, and no credits or refunds will be issued—no exceptions.
Refund Policy
Payments, donations, and fees for any product, class, or service are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of KEFI management on a case-by-case basis.
