Join us to celebrate our first anniversary with our awesome Kefi team to celebrate our expansion! We will trade off guiding you in a 75 min heated vinyasa with lots of adjustments from our gifted instructors! Vinyasa is an energetic yoga style fluidly moving you from one pose to the next with a focus on connecting breath to movement.

This type of yoga makes for a revitalizing form of physical asana practice. Afterwards, stay for delicious food, refreshments and community with the Kefi team and our Kefi Community.
